January has always been a stressful month for many of us - finals, new classes, and new goals. With all that in mind, we have decided to make our theme for January self-care because being kind to yourself is just as important and being kind to others. 

Throughout the month we will be releasing tips and tricks on how you can make sure you are adequately taking care of your mind and body. 

That being said, we hope that January marks a wonderful start of a new year for everyone and that you take care of yourselves and others throughout the month!
